When you can buy
Plans go on sale December 1, 2026, and ride tracking opens January 1, 2027. A monthly plan bought before January 1 is billed at purchase, and checkout says plainly that tracking starts January 1.

Refunds
A full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Gifts can be refunded until they're redeemed. The full policy will be in the terms before we take payments.
