Help and FAQ

Is Ride My Town open?

Not yet. You can open the map preview today. Plans go on sale December 1, 2026, and ride tracking opens January 1, 2027.

Which towns are covered?

The plan is every town in the US and Canada, built from OpenStreetMap. The preview has Holly Springs, North Carolina.

Do I need a new bike computer?

No. Keep recording with what you use now, and import the files: GPX, FIT, TCX, or a ZIP of many.

Will a ride count twice if I import it again?

No. Each file is recognised, so importing it again adds nothing.

Why isn't a street lit after I rode it?

A street counts once you've covered at least 80% of it. Short blocks at turns and streets only crossed at an intersection are the usual cases. Reporting a street from the map is planned.

Can kids use it?

Ride My Town is for riders aged 13 and over. A household plan covers up to five riders, each 13 or older with their own login. About the age limit
